Design Practitioner We prepare regulated designs for building elements affected by remedial works, ensuring full compliance with the NSW Design and Building Practitioners Act 2020. This includes structural, waterproofing, and fire safety systems. As registered practitioners under the NSW DBP scheme, we develop compliant designs for Class 2 buildings, coordinate with engineers and consultants, certify designs, and lodge them digitally via the NSW Planning Portal.

Superintendent Services Acting as your independent advocate, we administer contracts, assess progress claims against completed works, manage variations, ensure compliance, and serve as impartial decision-makers between you, builders, contractors, and engineers. We bridge the communication gap between building technology and owners, working exclusively in your best interests.

Remedial Works Consultant We evaluate required works, design comprehensive scopes, and manage the tendering process. Our approach integrates architectural considerations to ensure both functional and aesthetic outcomes that add long-term value to your property.

Project Management We oversee planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource coordination throughout your building process, ensuring projects stay on track, on budget, and within scope from initial assessment through to completion.

Additional Specialist Services

Architectural Consultation Strategic design input for asset value improvements, aesthetic enhancements, and heritage-sensitive repairs. We engage early in the process to integrate design considerations from the outset, avoiding costly rework and aligning with your long-term building goals.

Compliance & Certification Support Ensuring all works comply with the Building Code of Australia, relevant Australian Standards, and local council requirements. We coordinate with certifiers and building surveyors to streamline the approval process.
