Ty, Stephen, and Bruce bring unique skills to the building industry, offering over 90 years of experience in managing Strata Building Projects and Owners Corporations. We handle every aspect of building work—planning, compliance, and execution—ensuring efficiency and transparency for property owners.
BST focuses on Project Management that truly supports Owners Corporations during challenging and expensive building projects. We guide strata owners and managing agents through rectification works, renovations, and upgrades, helping them make informed and cost-effective decisions to protect and improve their properties.

Bruce is a results-driven professional with expertise in logistics, retail, property management, and architecture. He excels at leading project teams from concept to completion, managing budgets, timelines, and contracts, while ensuring compliance and quality. With skills in building design, drafting (CAD), and construction documentation, Bruce’s leadership keeps projects on track and successful.
Stephen Fayle - Class2 Architect and NSW Design & Building Practitioner
An award-winning architect, Stephen has extensive experience across residential, commercial, retail, and remedial projects. His designs prioritize excellence, value, and functionality, ensuring capital improvement for clients. As a Design and Building Practitioner, Stephen expertly navigates local government ACT and DA processes, managing projects with creative vision and precision.
Ty Mullens - Director, Business Development & Client Liaison Manager
Ty brings practical experience as a strata owner, committee leader, business owner, and tradesman. He manages communication between owners, stakeholders, and strata management, addressing onsite issues with innovative solutions. Ty's expertise in managing major building defects and remediation, including NSW’s largest spalling project, showcases his ability to overcome challenges and support residents during complex works.
Sharyne Mullens - Project Support
Sharyne blends her background in renovations, interior decorating, small business management, and lifestyle TV production to bring a creative approach to remedial projects.
