21 Fairlight Cr Project

The most recent major upgrade at 21 Fairlight Crescent (the ‘Fairshore’ apartment block) covered the full progression from Development Application through to Occupation Certificate.

The renovation included:

• New exterior rendering and paintwork, giving the façade a refreshed, contemporary appearance

• Updated colour scheme and layouts, to modernise the overall aesthetic

• Strengthening with brick ties to improve structural integrity

• Installation of a new front entry for improved access and presentation

• Addition of glass balustrades on the eastern side of the building, adding a sleek, modern touch
