Worked with council on all aspects of redevelopment of this unit block from Development Application through to Occupation Certificate.

Project Managed all aspects of the build which included a new front entry and pathway, larger windows, replacement of rusted brick ties, the addition of new car parking spaces, and a lift. Asset improvement was achieved by the construction of a new top floor apartment and improving existing apartments natural light and air flow and internal layout by changing each unit from a single bedroom into two bedroom apartments. To meet The Australian New Window Standard ‘to not facilitate climbing’ (thereby risking potential falls from the building) a fixed light panel was positioned below the slider.
