Redeveloped existing apartment building including Development Application through to Occupation Certificate. This included adding additional value by redesigning and rebuilding the site to include additional units and parking spaces.

Project included, repointing and rendering of bricks, new brick ties, re-cladded façade, construction of a new level, lift, parking spaces, thereby increasing the number of apartments that added additional value by assisting in financing the overall project, reducing the owners special levy.
